Yoshihiro Nakatsuka is Director of CCS Planning Division, CCS Project Department in Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security (JOGMEC). He joined JOGMEC in 2009 and was assigned to gas hydrate research for 17 years since then, In April 2026, he joined the CCS Project Department and started his job on CCS.
